Gables Search Group Hiring For Ecommerce Marketing Associate – Pharmacueticals at Lancaster, SC Full Time

Summary of the Position:

The E-Commerce Marketing Associate leads the planning, development, implementation, and optimization of e-commerce content marketing and business plans that align with organizational goals and objectives, aiming to achieve sales growth, profit margins and market share targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support ecommerce team by owning the day-to-day tasks that aligns with the ecommerce vision and strategy.
• Oversee internal and external resources for content development and work closely with all key cross-functional partners including Marketing, Packaging, Legal, Regulatory, Sales to manage complex SKU information.
• Audit live listings and troubleshoot products to ensure all SKUs are consistent and accurate.
• Be able to manage a large volume of product information with a high level of attention to detail and quality control. Also, maintain an ongoing understanding of retailer content requirements to support online product listings across retailer sites.
• Lead project coordinator/SME for PIM (Product Information Management Tool) “Salsify” across all online retailers.
• Responsible for analyzing e-commerce retailer trends and competitive trends and provides recommendations based on key learnings and execute actionable steps to the e-commerce marketing manager.
• Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviors and trends.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ existing business models and processes to implement Salsify in the most effective, efficient, and creative ways to ensure successful user adoption and overall long-term success with our products.
• Understand and communicate product features and benefits, continuously improving product presentation including, but not limited to, short and long descriptions, key features, photography, and restrictions.
• Identify and develop opportunities for upsell, cross sell, and landing pages.
• Assist in developing product launch/activation strategies to align with the ecommerce vision, sales goals, and company campaigns.
• Perform other assigned duties as they may be required in meeting company objectives.
• Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of marketing experience.
• Must possess strong organizational, execution and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is mandatory.
• Strong experience using Salsify or equivalent PIM Tool, MS Office Suite including, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Animal health industry experience or companion animal/equine background a plus.
• Sales and Marketing experience in a CPG organization.
