Experienced Automotive Parts Manager Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 3 Years Automotive Parts Industry Experience
- 3 years automotive dealership experience
- Management experience preferred
Experienced Automotive Parts Manager Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the internet and vendor websites for order placement, cataloging and general product knowledge
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Clean background check, Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and understanding that it is a priority
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and in a non-confrontational manner.
- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High School graduate or equivalent
Experienced Automotive Parts Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify auto parts through computer-automated catalogs and confirm order placement
- Procurement of parts from vendors and dispatch to technicians
- Control inventory levels
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of the company
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Handle difficult situations professionally
- Saturday and Sunday – Parts Department is closed!
