The AP/Cash Specialist
supports outsourced business partners and local office staff. This is a full time in office position.
Mail Handling and Check Logging
Process incoming cash receipts that may include but not limited to credit card payments, bank lockbox payments, checks and cash
Check Printing and special handling of checks
Research and resolve unapplied payments, NSF payments and credit card declines
Post payments to customer accounts
Assisting with invoice payments by company credit card
Daily in-office duties
Assisting in reduction of invoice exceptions
Reviewing and correcting erroneous invoices
Performs other duties as required, including special
High school diploma
Minimum of 1-2 years accounts payable and/or cash receipts experience in an automated environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good problem solving/analytical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
