- You will be responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service and keeping them updated with their vehicle.
- Must have the ability to excel in a high-volume atmosphere
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Selling the technicians’ time and up sell services by emphasizing value and effectively communicate with customers to determine repair or maintenance that is required
- Experience with Automotive Service Writing experience a plus
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
- Familiarity with CDK a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
