Job Description

Garnier-Thiebaut Inc. is looking for a trustworthy candidate ready to lead the Retail Division’s team. The candidate will have the skills to manage a successful sales team in order to maximize sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee’s engagement.

This is not a remote position.

Essential Functions:

Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.

Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.

Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with marketing plan.

Manages multiple channel selling strategies.

Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.

Analyze and maintain sales volume by keeping updates on supply and demand, changing trends and competitors.

Report activities for the Retail department to the CEO.

Develop sales through new pipeline of clients and new markets.

Build go-to-market strategies.

• Ability to successfully manage teams

• Able to identify market opportunities, create product’s plans

• Outstanding organization skills, reporting and forecasting

• Capacity to overview sales budgets

• Good sales and presentation skills that can be delivered over the telephone or in person

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer savvy (MS Excel, Outlook, ERP software)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
