Website and Customer Experience Platforms Developer – Irving, TX

REQUIRES OIC-Oracle Integration Cloud, and JavaScript, websites experience

Gateway Sourcing is assisting this well-established but agile and growing manufacturing company identify an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform developer to support their implementations and integration with Oracle CRM (CX) and cloud. This company is a leader within their industry and invests heavily in process and technology. Excellent culture and outstanding team with this ONSITE permanent position.

Be part of a team handling CRM, website, and platform support of business and customers This position reports to the Senior Manager, Website and Customer Experience Platforms, and will support mainly the corporate environment in a nice technical professional office environment in Irving, Texas.

ENJOY DOING THIS WITH AN OUTSTANDING TEAM:

• Provide functional and technical tasks during the design, testing and implementation of Customer Experience platforms, including but not limited to CRM, Marketing Campaigns, Service Tracking, Digital Chat, Websites, Portals, and Mobile Apps to support both internal operations and external customers.
• Support day-to-day operations of business systems, working collaboratively with other IT support staff, to ensure business operations are maintained and run properly.
• Provide technical support of the cloud-based applications, which includes the configuration, upgrades and ongoing user and system maintenance.
• Develop new or support existing programs and web services, based on technical specifications written by yourself or others within the IT organization.
• Document requirements and functional configurations, using standard appropriate templates.
• Document and understand the current business processes and software usage with view of future

state direction in sight.

• Seeks out, researches, and advises the IT technical and management staff on issues, risks, or considerations during the normal course of business or during implementation projects.
• Keeps knowledge current on industry technology landscape to help the company and the internal business customers understand their technology options.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related working experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Information Technology as a developer.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to create REST adapters and perform XSLT mappings
• Experience with third-party libraries and API’s.
• Experience with IT technologies and business processes for a manufacturing company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to interact professionally and in business language with all levels of business leaders and subject matter experts.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Understanding or experience in configuration of Oracle Digital Assistant, or other similar chat technologies.
• Understanding or experience in configuration of Oracle Commerce, on the OSF platform, using the REACT framework.
• Experience in configuring Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, YAML, JSON and other relevant coding languages.
• Manufacturing experience highly desired.

LOCATION: Dallas, TX ONSITE. Not remote or hybrid, but with some flexibility when needed. Nice offices!

TRAVEL: up 25% travel, one week a month internationally in the beginning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $111,481.00 – $117,836.00 per year
