The Senior Manager, Human Resources (HR), will lead and direct the daily HR operations of the HR department including recruitment, retention and recognition, coaching, performance development and training, associate relations, enforcing company policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, payroll and leave.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management or related field
Experience and/or Training:
· 5+ years of progressive human resource management experience.
· 3+ years experience in a supervisory role.
· 3+ years experience in employee relations.
· Extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements
· Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws.
· Requires strong project management skills.
· Strong organization, interpersonal and written communication and listening skills reflecting a commitment to Customer Service and the resolve to follow up on key priorities and opportunities
· Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources and to exercise discretion as needed when engaging with Associates and Managers.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Working Environment:
The incumbent works in an office environment as a primary work location, this is not a remote position. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
