We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to support the HR team and provide a comprehensive HR administration service in an efficient, professional, and effective manner with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced challenging environment.
Responsibilities
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Onboarding, staff inductions and training, organize and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases and conduct regular data audits (annual leave, sick leave, disciplinary records)
Assist People team by providing project coordination support on all HR initiatives
Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums and new hire guides and training documentation
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics across various verticals within the organisation
Manage I-9 & E-Verify program ensuring complete and accurate records for full compliance
Manage background check and compliance
Any other HR ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
BA/BS in a relevant field
2 plus years previous experience in a HR related role
Possess knowledge of local employment legislation
Strong desire for success in a fast-growing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential with good ethical judgment
Must be approachable and helpful
Be assertive and resilient and able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision
Currently living in Malta
