Roles and Responsibilities
Support daily management and process improvement in and across our HR Partnership and Specialist Service Model.
Develop HR capability and expertise model within function supporting future grow and career development for the broader HR team.
Work closely with the leadership team to develop a strategic workforce plan, building key skills and a pipeline for critical talent
Align with and deploy a robust talent management strategy for HR Partners as well as HR Specialists, utilizing data and analytics to fulfill HR and business strategies
Advise, coach, counsel, and provide candid feedback to HR Leadership Team
Drive an HR for HR strategy that delivers business results while promoting employee advocacy
Facilitate communications throughout the organization and act as an employee advocate to ensure that all HR employees receive fair and equitable treatment
Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in the Human Resources Partnership &/OR Human Resource Specialist functions. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Labor Relations or Business Administration
Demonstrated influencing and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience developing & executing broad organizational strategies
Demonstrated ability to effectively link HR strategy to business strategy
Prior experience in HR Specialist Functions as well as Generalist HR roles
Ability to energize and lead in complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations
Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and create a positive, team-oriented culture
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Workforce analysis capabilities using dashboards, bowlers and data analytics to achieve business outcomes.
