Currently we are seeking a Scanner for our Women’s Health office located in West Seneca, NY! This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday – Friday and includes Free Parking!
No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Essential Duties of a Scanner:
The primary purpose of this position is to accurately transfer paper documents into electronic medical records system.
- Scan and enter paper documents into electronic medical records system with appropriate label and document codes
- Review scanned documents for accuracy and completeness
- Regulate the discarding of paper charts based on retention requirements and internal procedures
- Assist designated staff in performance of chart audits
- Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive experience across the organization
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications of a Scanner:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and document codes for electronic medical record systems preferred
