Generations manages two skilled nursing facilities in northwest Alabama. We are seeking an energetic individual who will act as an ambassador to our current and prospective employees. The Director of Recruitment & Retention will provide support services at all stages of the employees career with our company. This position will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, orientation, career planning, career development and transition between positions. The Director of Recruitment & Recruitment & Retention works with senior management in developing strategies to recruit and retain work force and promotes Generations as the employer of choice in our communities.

Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in employee management, recruiting, training or employee career coaching. A degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field is preferred, but not required. Must possess excellent written communication skills in writing employment posting/advertisements. Must be able to maintain positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of employment.
