The Senior Director Human Resources oversees and directs the Human Resources function for locations across multiple lines of business and any other assigned entity, to include Human Resource Planning, Employment, Employee Relations, Policy and Procedure administration, Management Training and Compensation.

Position Highlights

• Report to the Vice President of Human Resources
• Supervise the Manager Human Resource-Field Operations Consultant
• Serve as a resource/consultant/advisor to management ensuring that personnel policies and procedures are clear and applied fairly and consistently throughout the company.
• Working with the Vice President of HR and Director of Compensation, provide a comprehensive salary administration program for the region.
• Maintain a comprehensive succession and high potential assessment system within the multiple lines of for profit business.
• Implement the Corporate employee relations policies which include all aspects of employee relations, union avoidance, processing of EEO cases, etc.
• Conduct monthly management training and growth programs as requested or to proactively ensure compliance with Genesis policies.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience as a human resources generalist, preferably with a multi-site employer.
