In this Human Resources Generalist role, you will support multiple skilled nursing/assisted centers while having primary responsibility for one nursing center. Success will be measured in terms of employee satisfaction, development, and retention as employees are our most important asset, and by achievement of established excellence goals and key performance indicators.Position HighlightsReport directly to Nursing Home Administrator NHA, as the link between leadership and employees. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or SPHR/PHR preferred. 3+ years previous work experience in Human Resources with proven track record preferred. Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Works flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work 24/7; ensures those working evening, night and weekend shifts stay connected. Willing to travel as necessary.
