HR SYSTEMS INTERN
IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
The Human Resource Systems Intern will work with our Global HRIS Leader to provide the HR Partners and Business Leaders analytical data to meet the needs of the Business strategically within the mission and vision of Gentherm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with our HR leaders globally to review employee data to ensure the integrity of the data in our HRIS system; enter data into the HRIS system following established data standards.
Work with the Global HRIS leader to create system maps within our HRIS system for the purpose of documenting data standards and established processes
Develop and execute standard reports based on HR and business leader needs
Assist, when necessary, on other HR projects that support the business and Gentherm’s technology roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills
Ability to be able to learn Success Factors, Gentherm’s HRIS system
Self-starter, being able to work as a team and independently
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Microsoft PowerPoint / Excel / Word
Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
