Overview:
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
You will report directly to the Recruiting Manager. You will be responsible for efficiently and effectively filling open positions according to the company’s policies and procedures; providing Hiring Managers with guidance and following-up on company policies ,procedures and documentation.
Works with hiring managers to determine staffing need while confirming appropriate staffing models are being met
Posts approved positions to internal and external sites
Sources candidates through various resources, conduct passive and active searches
Determines applicant qualifications by reviewing applicant submissions, interviewing, analyzing responses and verifying references
Helps to coordinate interviews and scheduling conflicts
Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need in specified markets
About You:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combinatory of education and experience
2+ years of experience in Recruiting or similar area
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
