GentleBrook is looking for Direct Care – Resident Care Coordinator to work directly with adults with developmental disabilities in a homelike setting at the Dewhurst facility in West Lafayette.

Direct Care Coordinator Pay & Schedule Availability at Dewhurst:

• 
  $15.00/hr + 1.50 shift differential Full-Time and Part-Time openings for 1:30P – 10P shift
• 
  $15.00/hr Full-Time and Part-Time openings 5:30A – 2P shift
• 
  $15.00/hr + .50 shift differential Part-Time 9:30P-6A shift

Direct Care Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must have a clean background check and drug screen
• Must have a HS diploma/GED

Direct Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assists residents with personal and incontinence care
• Help integrate residents into the community

• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members and facility staff
• Work along side nursing team

• Helping the residents be involved in fun activities (county fair, water activities, camping, fishing, arts & crafts, etc.)
