Skills:
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience with Microsoft Office suite;
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge of software and adept ability to work within; UKG a plus
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with the demonstrated ability to build consensus
Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Must have excellent organizational, communication, follow-through and database management skills.
Must have proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
Hands on experience with HRIS and payroll platform preferred
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2 – 3 years administrative experience; HR experience a plus.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. At times visits to active construction sites is required and ability to maneuver the terrain, jobsite trailers, and associated hazards may be necessary.
Travel
Some local travel is expected for this position. Travel includes such activities as working from the GH Phipps offices in various locations, job sites, local job fairs, training classes, community events, etc.

The salary range for this position is $ 45,000 – 52,000 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
