Role Overview
As the Director of Global Logistics, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance our logistics operations worldwide. From planning and procurement to delivery and maintenance, you will ensure the seamless coordination of equipment to support our global guides and trip design team, ultimately contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global logistics strategies to optimize service, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics initiatives with company objectives.
- Prepare and execute action plans, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage capital budget, asset inventory, and logistics metrics to drive efficiency and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics department.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or logistics management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Power BI, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric mindset.

*Note: This is a full-time exempt position based in Madison, Wisconsin, with approximately 35% travel required. Interest in the active travel industry is beneficial, but not necessary.*
