Role Overview
As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our events to life. Working closely with our Founder & Creative Director, you’ll be the backbone of our logistical operations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to create and manage production timelines, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
Maintain detailed records and updates, including floorplans, site plans, and vendor communications.
Source and coordinate specialized personnel and event supplies to meet our high standards.
Act as the main point of contact for venue managers and vendors, ensuring smooth event setup and breakdown.
Provide remote support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
At least 5 years of experience in logistical planning or project management.
Bonus points for experience in luxury markets or hospitality.
