What You’ll Do
As our Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in organizing, procuring, storing, and handling materials, components, and supplies for our operations. You’ll be the mastermind behind having the right things in the right place at the right time and price, ensuring our team can move quickly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
Be the expert in shipping and receiving, handling incoming and outgoing shipments like a pro.
Keep our inventory management on point, maintaining optimal quantities of parts and supplies for our production teams.
Ensure quality data entry and generate insightful reports and statistics on inventory.
Take charge of ordering parts and supplies, coordinating with vendors and our engineering team.
Handle scrap material processing with ease.
Improve our supply chain processes and strategies, always on the lookout for enhancements.
Embrace some general administrative tasks (around 15% of your role) such as office and kitchen supplies, mail management, and other exciting challenges.

Bonuses

Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in high-volume production.
