Who You Are
As a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our team by ensuring seamless operations and efficient management of our product supply. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in setting up and scaling processes, and you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify the best logistics and 3PL vendors for our products.
Take ownership of inventory management and implement corrective action plans to address any discrepancies.
Develop and implement inventory tracking systems, tools, and procedures to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
Work cross-functionally to optimize inventory and product capabilities, including generating recap reports.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Evaluate supplier options, negotiate competitive prices, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Implement key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee inventory replenishment, maintain efficient inventory flow, and meet service level targets.
Drive warehouse productivity improvements and cost-saving measures.
Develop strategies to mitigate volume surges and capacity constraints.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant supply chain, logistics, buyer, and/or warehouse management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of driving efficiencies and cost savings.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Cross-functional collaborator with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience with relevant software systems (e.g., SAP MM).
Familiarity with CRM tools like NetSuite, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to a team’s success.
