Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey in the world of digital government projects? We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bid Poster to join our dynamic team. As a Bid Poster, you will play a crucial role in posting and updating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation to Bid (ITB), Awards, and other solicitations on our innovative platforms – the Digital Government Navigator (DGN) and the Digital Education Navigator (DEN).
Your Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for efficiently handling IT-related Bids, RFPs, and Awards. You’ll dive into exciting tasks, such as searching for new URLs, qualifying bids, and ensuring that all information is accurately posted. As a seasoned Bid Poster, you might even have the opportunity to lead exciting projects and contribute to our team’s success in various ways.
Essential Duties
Post, update, and categorize Bids, RFPs, and Awards related to IT projects.
Work with Website Watcher to review and assess changed URLs and validate bid information.
Leverage Mozenda to manage prequalified bids and ensure accurate posting on the Navigators.
Demonstrate your keen eye for detail by manually searching and posting IT-related RFPs and updates.
Stay well-informed by reading through procurement documents to validate and gather essential bid information.
Take charge of maintaining current URLs and promptly address broken links.
Collaborate with the Bid Poster team to ensure top-notch quality control.
Help maintain the inventory of all Bid Source URLs and gather additional bid source URLs.
