Responsibilities
Review and prepare a variety of materials, including reports and congressional correspondences.
Manage calendars and travel arrangements efficiently.
Collaborate with Managers on projects, providing valuable administrative support.
Oversee SharePoint sites, ensuring the accurate routing, review, and editing of documents.
Conduct timekeeping for staff, ensuring leave balances are accurate and proper documentation is maintained.
Prepare travel authorizations and vouchers.
Plan and manage numerous meetings and activities, ensuring their smooth execution.
Manage Data Calls effectively.
Prepare various types of reports and correspondence, such as organizational charts, letters, and memorandums.
Proof and package documents for signature, ensuring completeness of all attachments.
Cooperate and liaise with subject matter experts.
Meet deadlines and track budget requirements.
Track notes and action items from manager meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum A.S. Degree or higher, preferred.
At least five years of experience in corporate or Federal Government agency providing administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word products.
Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing workload, time, and energy.
Public Trust or NACI Clearance required; performed at the time of hire.
Required Skills
Proven working experience as an administrative assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
Experience with the Office 365 platform.
Familiarity with Skype for Broadcast.
Knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations and experience with the Federal Travel System Concur.
Experience with timekeeping and federal timekeeping regulations.
Proficient in working with SharePoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills, including strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Proficient attention to detail in grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation.
Experience in using electronic document tracking systems or other complex databases.
