Job Summary

As a Support Analyst, you will document, troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technology or application support, while ensuring end-user satisfaction. This may include support of a specific technology, application or business process. You will also assist users with day-to-day questions and issues, maintain system documentation, provide instruction and training to business users, and solve problems to root cause.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
• Experience Desired: 2 to 5 years Customer Service and/or relevant Technology System or Application experience; Experience working in a Retail environment
• Education Required: Associates Degree
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Travel Required: Regional – Daily, Less than 10%

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and then determine and implement resolutions to correct technology system or application issues.
• Maintain technology system or application maintenance (data maintenance, data entry and control data updates).
• Assist with determining and applying system modifications required to comply with federal, state and local regulatory changes.
• Determine and execute the appropriate method for performing technology system or application(data updates, exports, imports and clean-ups for systems supported by the team).
• Assist with ensuring technology system or data integrity by auditing and researching discrepancies to determine root cause and provide possible solutions to management.
• Oversee the analysis and improvement of daily activities associated with various business processes and programs.
• Perform functions with appropriate software for various business processes including forms preparation, report preparation and other related functions.
• Develop basic ad-hoc reports using various application reporting tools.
• Stay abreast of technology systems or application/tools knowledge through classes, reading, and/or other mechanisms.
• Provides support to user areas for technology systems or applications supported by the team.
• Act as a liaison between end users and system developers, answer questions and provide training.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on problem resolution.
• Provide IS support to user areas and assist with the creation of support processes for systems/applications supported by the team.
• Create and lead training classes/program and conduct training sessions for technology systems/processes supported by the team.
