About Girls on the Run
Using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running, Girls on the Run offers 3rd to 8th grade girls the life skills needed to step into the world with strength and confidence. Our 10-week, 20-session program occurs after school at more than fifty schools and community sites across north-central Indiana.

Position Summary*
The Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of operational areas and driving operational processes for organizational success. These areas include supporting the Girls on the Run office and organization, providing project management for the program 5K run/walk events at the end of the spring season, overseeing non-program volunteers and volunteer events, representing the organization at community events, and maintaining merchandise inventory and supplies. Position Specifics
This is a part time, non-exempt position offering a compensation range of $16.50-$18.50/hour depending on experience. In addition, Girls on the Run Michiana offers a pro-rated health insurance stipend to qualified candidates, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible work environment. This position is largely remote (80% remote/20% in-person) with in-person office collaboration currently scheduled for Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm. The position includes evening and weekend hours as part of community outreach.
