The GIS Technician II perform intermediate work to support all departments with Geographic Information System (GIS) needs, provide training and end user support for GIS. Work is performed under the regular supervision of the GIS Coordinator. Check out the great benefits the City has to offer.
Minimum Qualifications
• Requires graduation from an appropriately accredited technical school with a degree in GIS/Geography or related field;
• Three – five years of experience with GIS and Global Positioning System (GPS) concepts and applications;
• An equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Paid bi-weekly.
