To maintain accurate pricing information in all related company and customer databases. To provide our internal and external customers accurate and current pricing information. Maintain company systems to restrict or allow the sale of products as instructed by the sales team on a chain or account basis. To troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with pricing, promotions, and authorizations.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Supports a company-wide collaborative approach to business through closely working with all internal teams and fulfilling their needs to sell, market and execute.
• Organize system pricing in such a way as to promote ease of updating, transparency and understanding.
• Manages and maintains all pricing and product information (e.g. pricing, new items, product item descriptions, special promotions, UPC codes, costs) within the company’s database, the retailer’s database and any other systems according to established company standards; ensures accuracy and reliability of company systems.
• Reviews internal price exception reports, approves and records requests for price overrides, then determines and follows up on future opportunities for improvement as needed.
• Sets up promotions in system to enable sales initiatives.
• Sets up standard pricing groups, customer/chain specific pricing, and promotions in company systems.
• Communicates with retailers and other employees regarding requests for information, programming, new items and pricing.
• Proactively collaborates with sales team on pricing that will expire soon to prevent impact on customer.
• Maintains confidentiality of cost and pricing information, programming, customer information, and other confidential information.
• Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, Federal/State/Local laws).
• Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance, and works overtime as needed to meet workload demands. Performs other duties as required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent degree required. Knowledge of Beverage Industry preferred
• Experience: Must have 1-3 years of pricing experience in a retail environment
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Other Requirements: Must have skills in internal customer service, ability to work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; be detail oriented and organized; follow through; meet deadlines in pressured situation; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; adapt to change; operate a computer, copier, and fax machine; problem solve; read and write; perform basic math functions (e.g. addition and subtraction)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
