Pool Construction and Renovation Foreman – lead an inground swimming pool construction crew dedicated to building, renovating and creating swimming pools. Build/renovate pools to exacting standards, operate light machinery, working well with homeowners and coworkers, maintaining a safe workplace, and other construction related duties. Able to perform the physical aspects of the position including lifting/moving 80 lbs. and being able to work outdoors in all safe weather situations. Thorough knowledge of pool installation and renovation including knowledge of masonry such as tile, coping, dry laid and concrete patios, retaining walls preferred. Must speak English. Pay Rate: $23 – $28/hour with benefits

Pool Construction and Renovation Team Member – includes digging, carrying materials, assisting team leader / foremen, and performing pool construction and renovation duties. Should have at least one year of construction experience, experience with carpentry, concrete work, plumbing, or masonry preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required. Pay Range: $18 – $22/hour depending on experience

Landscape Installation Foreman – Manage crew members, daily work schedules and required daily paperwork for multiple jobsites, read and interpret Landscape plans and specifications. Communicate with clients, design professionals and craftsmen. Thorough knowledge of plant materials, proper horticultural installation and construction practices. Operate tools and construction equipment. Must have at least 3 years experience. Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently is a plus. Pay rate: $21 – $25/hour depending on experience

Landscape Installation Team Member – Bed & lawn preparations, digging proper size holes for plants, laying sod & seed/hay. Ensure all gas-powered tools are filled before leaving the yard. Should be willing to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions and safely lift/move 50 lbs. regularly. Some landscape installation experience preferred but not required. Pay rate: $15 – 18/hour depending on experience

• Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
