Now hiring a Human Resources Specialist located in Denham Springs, LA

The schedule is working Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.

The rate of pay is depending upon experience $50K-$75K per year or potentially higher for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Responsible for staff onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.
• A degree in Human Resources or related experience is required.
• Responsible for covering payroll and billing. (Minimum of 3 years experience)
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with DISA Drug screen management.
• Schedule required drug testing programs.
• In charge of setting up physical drug screens, physicals, and alcohol tests.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws in relation to employees and proper documentation.
• Review insurance, dental, vision, and other employee benefits annually, and make recommendations based on evaluation of plans and vendors.
• Manage staff scheduling, PTO tracking, and employee expense report processing.
• Handles all verifications of employment.
• Assist with child support and garnishment inquiries.
• Resolves issues with intuit workforce.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
