HR Generalist/Recruiter

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and friendly peoples’ person to employ as the new
HR Generalist/Recruiter. This individual should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have a passion to help individuals and offer administrative/professional support as needed. This candidate should be a strong communicator and have a desire to grow their career in the field of HR.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for our employees and be a key partner in the employee experience
- Support HR on a wide variety of projects such as quarterly company events, benefit administration, and performance management
- Maintain federal and state compliance
- Create and maintain standard work documents such as Personnel Action Forms for all transactions including promotions, transfers, data changes, and separations
- Act as an administrative expert in the full employee lifecycle and onboarding process
- Ensure new hire process is complete in a timely manner; offer letters, paperwork, I-9 verifications, background checks, I.T credential setup, etc
- Assist the HR Manager with recruiting; post jobs on multiple platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Assist the HR Manager with applicant tracking, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the candidate experience with timely communication and application updates
- Assist with employee tech stack: Computer, email, server, logins, etc..
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of administrative/ professional experience; preferably in the field of HR
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- A “Can-do” attitude
- Previous experience with Paycom a plus

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
