The Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as a strategic partner and provides efficient and effective human resource services to key stakeholders, managers and staff to support the delivery of company objectives and outcomes. This includes overseeing and serving as an escalation point for Payroll Associates and Human Resources Business Partners in the following areas: payroll processing, record keeping, employee relations, performance evaluation, success planning and employee engagement. The Senior Manager, Human Resources forms partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect company values.
