Glow Networks Hiring for HR Generalist at Dallas, TX Full Time

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience:
3 to 5 years Generalist experience

Reports To:
Human Resources Manager

Working conditions:
Office environment. Position may require more than 40-hours per week.

Responsibilities: (Described as essential functions of the job):

§ Responsible for review and approval for HR related documents for accuracy and compliance

o Offer letters

o Exit reports

o Employee change forms

o Background checks

o Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state and local legislation

§ Work with recruiting to establish processes and guidelines

§ Track offer status for acceptances/declines

o Responsible for onboarding process including documents and clearing employees to begin working

§ Ensure that all benefit information is updated and available to employees

§ Oversee the entry of new hires into the HRIS systems

§ Responsible for assuring all employee information is updated and correct in the HR/Benefits and Payroll databases

§ Train employees on current Policies and Procedures

§ Develop and maintain guidelines for day-to-day HR processes

§ Day-to-day supervision of any HR personnel

§ Assure all required training has been set up and completed

• Conduct initial investigations relating to employee relations issues
• Office administrative duties to include, but not limited to,: ordering badges, supplies (kitchen, office, etc), parking lot access

Special Skills:
§ Ability to work independently as well as with management and employees, including those with diverse backgrounds

§ Knowledge of federal, state and local HR-related laws

§ Excellent oral and written communications skills

§ Skilled in problem solving and conflict resolution

§ Experienced with HRIS and Microsoft Office

§ Experience with ATS
