Our company is looking for a reliable Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for using the latest in towing software..The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with drivers to schedule emergency pick-up or delivery for new or established clients when necessary. Dispatcher will be responsible for relaying information to drivers. Must have customer service skills. Must be able to multitask and handle high pressure situations. Tow truck dispatchers take calls from customers then relay the requests to the drivers, then monitor the progress of the tow. Using computer-aided dispatch systems, they keep records and prepare detailed reports of all emergency calls and all communications with drivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
