GMS is currently hiring Experienced Underground Haul Truck Operators at an underground mine near Detroit, MI. To gain consideration, applicants will need to have at least 3 years operating a haul truck in an underground mine; salt, zinc, gold, or a similar mining setting. Per diem and mileage paid!
Successful candidates will work a 2 week on, 1 week off schedule working 10-hour shifts. Eligible hires will receive a daily per diem while away from home working. Pay will fall within the listed range and will be based on relevant experience and certifications. Current MSHA Underground Training is required to be considered to fill this role. This is a permanent position that will offer strong advancement opportunity.
