This recruiting position will be HIGH VOLUME, previous administrative staffing experience and/or recruiting preferred, but not required. We will train!
Strong customer service skills are a MUST!
Job Functions Include:
-EXCELLENT administrative skills; including data entry
-Ability to screen & interview applicants
-Process and maintain on-boarding documents for new hires
-Out going personality, with the ability to multitask several projects at a time
-Able to meet staffing deadlines
-Detailed and orgainized
-Proficient with basic Microsoft programs
Daily Job Duties:
Administrative duties not limited to; answering multiple line phone, data entry, scanning, filing
ID and contact any no call no shows.
Communicate with client management regarding any call outs or the status of missing associates.
Management of time and attendance system including daily audit and reconciliation to ensure all associates have punched properly.
New Hire Orientations
Interviewing of potential candidates, including attendance at off site recruiting events.
Direct involvement in Safety Observation Program
Attending Client Shift Meetings
Reports to the On-Site Manager
