Human Resources Director
Reports To Owners/CEO/DDS
Summary
The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and implementing consistent processes and tools that support the Godley Station Dental team through all aspects of their employment experience. Using extensive knowledge of HR best practices, and in alignment with the mission of Godley Station Dental, the HR Director will collaboratively work with the team to implement best practices and, initially as a department of one, will serve as a member of the leadership team supporting multiple locations and planned business growth. The HR Director will be responsible for recruitment and hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits oversight, worker’s compensation and leave administration, and employee training and development. Supporting a team of approximately 60 employees and reporting to the CEO, the HR Director is tasked with enhancing HR processes that support the practice and its team members, while embracing and preserving the business culture and employment experience.
