Singapore HR Local Rep
Be our local representative in Singapore;
Meet and greet our local employee in Singapore and oversee the onboarding process in Singapore to make sure onboarding him/ her smoothly
Serve as an escalation point for our clients and clients’ employees and make sure their issues and concerns could be solved quickly
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and regulatory changes in Singapore and communicate to the teams as applicable
Provide on the ground administrative support including but not limited to Office Space Sourcing, medical insurance application, bank account opening and other office equipment sourcing and purchasing.

Onboarding
Support on onboarding our clients and clients’ employees including prepare employment contract, dispatch agreement, etc
Arrange onboarding meeting with our clients as well as our clients’ employees and prepare demo of GoGlobal portal to our client
Set up the expense, leave and overtime tracking system for our clients’ employees. Download data from the system for monthly payroll process
Maintain the onboarding tool including online forms and related template
Gather and track the necessary information from our clients’ employees and be responsible for all necessary information have been stored in specific location
Support on making sure overall compliance and quality of the HR template in all GoGlobal jurisdictions in Asia including employment agreement, letter of certification, separation letter, promotion letter and other internal notification
Coordinate and project manage project based request including background checks, medical insurance arrangement, staff benefit plan, visa application, relocations, health check arrangement, etc
Build up comprehensive HR knowledge database and prepare overview of all company/individual benefits plans, visa end to end process, background check requirement across all GoGlobal jurisdictions
Setting up the local onboarding process for client employees, including creation and maintenance of HR at a Glance and be the local representative handling onboarding process. Provide on the ground support for clients’ employees and expert local advise as and when required, including payroll/ HR regulations update for Singapore or any other assigned APAC countries
