Knowledge of state and federal food-handling regulations (Serve Safe Certification). Must possess knowledge of food service operations.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all residents.
Minimum 2-3 years food and customer service experience
Experience in skilled nursing facility
Experience with modified diets
Positive and upbeat attitude
The candidate will have passion for working with food and promote a positive work environment. A successful candidate will promote a spirit of cooperation and partnership with Dining Services Team, residents and families. Strong culinary skills, formal culinary training strongly desired, previous leadership and volume food experience desired.
