Luxury Boutique Hotel seeks a Restaurant General Manager for their Modern American Cuisine Concept slated to open in 10/22! They need someone who has opening experience and comes from luxury hotels or clubs as this RGM will have touchpoints on multiple outlets throughout the hotel. They will look at people coming from an F&B or Asst. F&B role as well.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in boutique hotels. Food-centric hotel outlet or elevated independent dining.
Modern American elevated to fine dining background: Preferred- Solid wine and cocktail acumen
- Able to serve as the face of the restaurant
- Able to ensure hotel and restaurant standards are followed
- Teach and train teams routinely and effectively
- Able to ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies relevant to F&B production and service.
- Ability to expertly work ala carte service and expedite if necessary.
