SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide five-star, luxury service to guests aboard our amazing fleet of riverboats
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items
- Work collaboratively with crew members
- Act as an Ambassador of our brand at all times, ensuring guests are totally satisfied
SERVER REQUIREMENTS:
Please read these requirements carefully, as only qualified candidates will receive a response- In accordance with the Jones Act of 1920, only U.S. Citizens are eligible for employment aboard our riverboats
All crew must be vaccinated against Covid 19
All crew must adhere to our appearance standards including restrictions on tattoos and piercings
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel or cruise line is highly preferred- Must be a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old; physically fit and in good health; able to carry heavy items and stand, kneel and bend for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work a schedule of six consecutive weeks shipboard, followed by two weeks off duty
- Fluent in English – must have excellent English communication skills to clearly communicate to the Restaurant Team and Guests – the ability to speak additional languages is an advantage
- Flexibility, calm and pleasant demeanor, and exceptional work ethic are all vital qualities in candidates
- Ability to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for Marijuana and other controlled substances
