The Goodwin Recruiting team is seeking a dedicated and gifted Certified Special Education Teacher or ABA to join a team of devoted teachers.
Certified Special Education Teacher (ABA) Responsibilities:
- Ability to implement educational programs based on applied behavior analysis
- Implementation of behavioral intervention plans and processes
- Lead and mentor teaching assistants within the classroom
- Ensure quality communication with parents and/or guardians of students
- Display a true passion for educating students with special needs
Certified Special Education Teacher (ABA) Requirements
- New York State Certified Special Education Teacher: Birth-2nd Grade, TSSLD, TSHH, LMSW, OR LCSW is REQUIRED
- One year of experience as a lead teacher in a special education classroom
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Certified Special Education Teacher (ABA) Compensation and Benefits:
- Generous starting salary of $85, 000-$110, 000 (depending on experience)
