Steakhouse Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations as a restaurant Food and Beverage Manager
- Hire, train, and develop and discipline staff when appropriate
- Ensure consistent quality of food, beverage, and an exceptional guest experience
Steakhouse Manager Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant environment
Steakhouse experience is REQUIRED- Great tenure – demonstrated success | progression in each role
