Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp is looking for an energetic and dynamic Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a second shift Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming deliveries are received, identified, and distributed to the appropriate departments within the facility. You will be working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving process of all incoming deliveries and ensure orders are complete and accurate
- Unload and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage
- Distribute incoming inventory to appropriate departments and maintain organized storage area
- Utilize inventory control software to track incoming deliveries and monitor inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Assist and coordinating delivery appointments with carriers
Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
