Your Day to Day

As an HRIS Manager, you would be working on:

• Leads and drives the configuration and delivery of high-quality maintenance, improvements, and project initiatives by coordinating with functional teams, leads system-related projects and initiatives within Workday areas such as Workday Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Absence management, and compensation.
• Manage direct reports to ensure HR Systems functions are configured in a way that meets business requirements and follows best practices, including requirements gathering, design, developing timelines, end-to-end testing, stakeholder management, deployment, and post-production support.
• Work with Director of HR and Finance Systems to lead strategic, tactical and resource planning, and build strategic roadmap.
• Lead HRIS Governance process with HRLT stakeholders addressing roadmap items, prioritization, challenges, status updates, etc.
• Manage HRIS project intake process and backlog.
• Maintain awareness of current trends and new Workday functionality, providing recommendations to HR Leadership and functional departments on how to take advantage of these new functionalities.
• Train, guide, and actively share knowledge across all team members and end users to enhance in-house expertise.
• Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of changes and work that is in progress.
• Help build JIRA ticketing system for managing backlog requests, issues, and new enhancements across the team.
• Oversee and submit quarterly compliance audits to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain integration & functional documentation and training materials.
• Supervisory Responsibility: Direct supervision of professional HR Operational/functional employees.

What We’re Looking For

As an HRIS Manager, your background will look like:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required with a minimum of 4-6 years of dynamic HRIS leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Workday configuration in at least two the following modules: HCM Core HR, Onboarding, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Performance & Talent, Benefits, Security, Reporting & Analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with problem-solving, project management and execution of initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Proven experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional partners and teams at all levels in the company.
• Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
