Call Center Representative duties and responsibilities

Call Center Agent receives inbound calls for hurricane relief.

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Guide callers through available options for relief based on their needs

• Background check

• Home internet access
• In person training for first 5 days within the areas of Greensboro, High Point, or Winston Salem
