Job Summary:
Responsible for management of efficient and effective HR administration and continuous improvement; in all segments of the role. This position works at the Grand Rapids office to provide HR support onsite, along with supporting our Traverse City location. The goals of the HR department are to provide a positive employee experience, create high associate morale, maintain legal compliance, and support and engage employees on all levels of the organization.
