This position is responsible for the coordination of the daily administrative and operational services including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budget adherence, petty cash, resident services, coordination of Human Resources services including staffing, daily maintenance of payroll, benefits, personnel files, personnel compliance, training, and budget adherence.
You must be aware of and understand the needs of the elderly. Must be able to recognize unusual behavior or physical condition of residents. Must be able to train, coach and mentor staff. Must have the ability to effectively understand and utilize community electronic care and scheduling programs as well as perform basic computer skills.

Pay: $42,444.00 – $47,500.00 per year
