In the role of HR Program Manager at Granicus, your job is to manage and design, organize and deliver HR programs and initiatives across the global HR team.
Working closely with the CHRO, this role is accountable and responsible for overseeing and managing the various HR programs across the global team; turning concepts and plans into tangible actions and outcomes that help to continually improve the working environment for all employees and enabling the business to achieve its goals.
The Program Manager will oversee, support and engage with members of the HR team globally as well as leaders and employees across the business to ensure interconnected programs run smoothly and to plan. The Program Manager will also implement and oversee program governance (including Steering Committees), metrics and reporting.
The incumbent will be a highly engaging individual, with experience in human resources, change management and/or internal business program roles, who can organize and influence large cross functional teams to achieve the desired outcomes.
