Gratz Industries Hiring for Brand Manager Furniture at Philadelphia, PA | Onsite or Remote Possible Full Time

Job Description

Gratz Industries is a manufacturer of high end furniture sold to architects and designers and through show rooms in the USA and Australia . We looking for a part time brand manager for our Gratz Archive furniture line. The position includes contacts with existing show rooms , and the management of vendors and suppliers . Other activities include developing marketing and branding concepts and maintaining and updating our web site and responding to requests for information and quotes .
The position requires administrative communication via e mail and on the phone and sending estimates , invoices and sales orders from our Quickbooks operating system .

The position requires follow up phone calls to our show rooms and trade contacts and to end users and co ordination of shipping and fulfillment . In addition periodic visits are required to our factory to photograph , inspect orders and maintain quality control .
We currently have a show room at a design center in Philadelphia with some one off samples and proto types on display which are available for sale through our web site .

This is a part time position with an estimated 10- 20 hours a week and
the position requires attention to details and good written and verbal communication skills
