Position Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and sustaining our organizational culture. As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to ensure that our workplace values and principles are embedded in all aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, training, career development, and acting as a representative for the employee committees. Additionally, you will serve as a backup for the HR Manager, contributing to the overall success of our HR function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
HR Certifications a plus.
Proven experience as a HR Business partner or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organizations.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultural Stewardship: Lead initiatives to enhance and maintain our organizational culture. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our core values.
Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide strategic guidance on people-related issues and contribute to decision-making processes.
Onboarding and Training: Implement effective onboarding and training programs to support the professional growth and development of our employees.
Career Development: Work with employees and managers to identify career development opportunities. Recommend programs to support career advancement and skill enhancement.
Employee Committee Representative: Lead the location in employee committees- such as the Green Team, Fun team, ect. Experience in event planning is a plus.
HR Duties: Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and community involvement and outreach. Act as a backup for the HR Manager.
